Our mission at Accelerate Empowerment has always been to help young girls develop a positive mindset, inner confidence and resilience so that they grow up able to thrive in this world. This, however is first and foremost a parents job.
I then realized that parents needed support as well. All parents intend to raise secure and emotionally healthy children but don't have the right tools and techniques to parent in the way they desire.
It dawned on me that the best way to help children is to provide their parents with education, support and coaching that allows them to be the parents they want to be.
Helping parents to effectively parent will impact all areas of their child's life from their self-image, ability to manage friendships, how resilient they are and how effectively they communicate.
Their children will learn all this in the home and may never need an empowerment coach!
I believe that empowered parents raise empowered children and that is how we change the world! I am excited to play a small part in this.
