COVID-19

The health and safety of everyone that attends our workshops is of upmost importance to us.

If you or your child are unwell or are showing Covid 19 symptoms please do not bring her to the session and follow current guidelines on testing and isolating. If a child begins to exhibit symptoms of Covid 19 during the workshop, we will contact you immediately to inform you and ask you to come and collect them.

Below are some of the ways that we are being Covid responsible when running our workshops.

  • We have an up-to-date risk assessment for all our venues with mitigations of how we will manage Covid-19 risks.

  • We will have hand sanitiser available and all participants will be encouraged to use this on arrival and it will be available for use throughout the workshop.

  • Tables and surfaces will be wiped down after each activity.

  • We will ensure that our venue is well ventilated with doors and windows open where it is safe to do so.

  • Although face coverings are not currently mandatory they will be worn by instructors when welcoming parents and participants into the workshops. Parents are requested to also wear a face covering when dropping off and collecting their child.Participants 11 and under are not required to wear a face covering unless the parent wants them to.

  • We will practice social distancing when in enclosed spaces as much as possible.

  • We will continue to monitor the situation and follow the relevant government and youth sector guidance
