Cancellation Policy - Workshop bookings

 

Once you have booked a workshop date, you can cancel up to 7 days before the workshop date for a full refund.

If you cancel 48 hours before the workshop is due to take place, you will not receive a refund but you will receive a credit to rebook at the next available date.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or do not turn up, no refunds will be given.

Cancellation Policy - Shop

 

Accelerate Empowerment makes every effort to ensure that the contents listed on this website are correct. However, errors may occur and we reserve the right to alter product prices and information on this website without notice. Accelerate Empowerment is under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an erroneous price or description.

 

Product prices on this website are exclusive of delivery and shipping charges. Delivery times will vary according to the Customer’s location. Orders sent to UK addresses will be despatched by Royal Mail second class post, orders outside the UK will be sent by other services.

All deliveries will be made to the address that the Customer gives for delivery of the product.

The Customer may cancel their order, for any reason and at any time, up to fourteen working days after the Customer has received their goods. In the event that the Customer wishes to cancel their order, the Customer must inform us in writing hello@accelerateempowerment.com

 

Should a customer wish to invoke their right to cancel on an item, the product must be returned to us in its original packaging and in a resalable condition with all seals and wrappings.

 

The Customer undertakes the responsibility to return that product to us. Accelerate Empowerment will refund the cost of the item, but will not refund any postal charges paid by the Customer as part of their initial order.
