FAQs

Questions

Who will be teaching the sessions?

The sessions will primarily be taught by Paula Sampson-Lawrence and her assistants. All instructors are fully trained, insured with up to date first aid, safeguarding training and DBS checks. All our staff are committed to ongoing training and updating our knowledge base on a consistent basis.

Can I stay and watch the session?

You are welcome to stay for the first few minutes to ensure that your child is settled and happy. After that we do ask all parents to leave to reduce distraction.

What needs to be brought to the session?

We ask that the girls wear breathable comfortable clothing and footwear as they will be moving around a lot. Please also bring a drink and a small snack. We ask that expensive items such as phones and jewellery be left at home as we cannot accept responsibility for any losses.

My child has additional needs, can she still attend?

Yes of course, but please contact us before making your booking to ensure it will be suitable for her.

Are your programmes like therapy?

Our programmes contain creative activities that promote positive wellbeing in young girls. We cannot diagnose or treat any mental health conditions, however we can signpost you towards organisations that can assist you.

Do you offer Workshops to Schools?

Yes absolutely! We are able to provide these workshops in a school setting and tailored for both boys and girls. The workshops are perfect for Enrichment Days and After School Clubs. Click here to read more.
