Paula is a certified parenting coach with the Jai Institute of Parenting. She has a warm and empathic style of coaching and is passionate about hellping parents be the best parents that they can be.

Paula has 4 children (2 boys and 2 girls) aged 13, 10, 9 and 3, and therefore has a wealth of experience that she is excited to share.

Paula is also a Girls Empowerment Coach and runs wellbeing and empowerment workshops to instill confidence and resilience in young girls.
