Empowerment Sessions - 1:1 mentoring for teens and tweens

Once your order is received, you will be sent a calender link (Calendly) to schedule a session for your child. Once the date/time has been confirmed, you will be sent another email with zoom login details.

You will be able to book an additional 3, 6 mentoring sessions for a discounted price.

You are welcome to stay in the room with your child whilst the session is in progress. Please note that what is discussed in the coaching sessions will be confidential unless it needs to be disclosed by law or if there is a safeguarding issue which may prove a risk to your child or yourself.  

Please note that Paula is a coach not a therpaist or a licensed medical proessional. The aim of these session is to set goals and be given the tools in which to best acheieve them. We will sign post you to the relevant organsations if you feel that your child needs additional support with their mental health or emotional healing.

You may change the date or time of your session no more than twice.  Please give us at least 24 hours notice.

If you do not attend your session then the session will be forfeit.
