What we do
Accelerate Empowerment provides creative and interactive well-being workshops for girls aged 7 - 15 yrs old. We also provide parenting coaching & support for the parents raising them!
We are passionate about instilling self confidence, resilience and a growth mindset in girls at a young age and empowering families in order to help young people achieve their full potential.
Workshops
Workshops vary in length and are between 1.5 hours - 2.5 hours long. Each workshop is based on a different topic designed to engage and inspire participants.
All workshops utilise group discussion, role play, games and arts and craft to keep them engaging, stimulating and above all lots of fun! Girls leave our workshops feeling supported, encouraged and empowered.
Our workshops are also suitable for schools as part of pupils social and emotional learning. Our Empowered Kids programme is for boys and girls and is perfect for in school and after school clubs.
